I feel very accomplished today.

I got home last night at around 4AM from all the Halloween hurrah and crashed on Ella's bed, forgetting that I had a long day ahead of me today. Ella's aircon was turned off at 9:45AM and it forced me to get up, get dressed and head to Island Cove for a Remulla family reunion with only 4/7 of the families present.

When we got to Island Cove, we were greeted by boisterous kids insisting to see the newly born tiger cubs in the Animal Farm. Since lunch was still an hour away, I DROVE THE GOLF CART to the farm and became a yaya with Raisa to three kids, Roxanne, Rocio and Kiano. Roxanne was so boisterous and kept wanting to feed the monkeys, steal a rabbit and chase the butterflies. Rocio was the petite little baby that she is and just wanted to be carried. Nano pushed the gas pedal for me while I drove. I'm sorry, I REALLY WANT TO DRIVE but the closest thing to driving for me is a golf cart.

We headed back to the hotel for lunch. Mmm, burgers and sandwiches. SARAP. There was a new chef so Tito Gilbert was asking if we liked the food and whatever. That burger was filled with all sorts of shit. Cheese, pickes, lettuce, tomato, the burger patty itself and bread. Gaaawd, I felt so FAT after.

We went to our new Tagaytay house after and OH.MY.GOD. IT IS THE BEST THING EVER. Like seriously, I am TAKING EVERYONE THERE and throwing a huge ass party. It is the PERFECT INUMAN PLACE, I am not kidding.

... It'll be done by December! YAY!

And tomorrow, I am very excited for Tali because I didn't get to go to Bohol because of my dad's injury so now it's time for me to taaan like there's no tomorrow. I don't usually tan but for some reason I feel like I owe it to myself because I'm on sembreak and I need to unleash and have fun.

A week more and I have school again. Spanish, here I come! Everyone's taking History or Economics but I chose to do Foreign Lang so that I can have it easy muna first year. All the hard work and labor will start next school year. I am writing that down so I can remember. I am so scared for junior and senior year.

The Good 'Ol Days

Every once in a while, I like to look back at my old pictures and reminisce and think about how fun the good 'ol days used to be. I miss being young and innocent and free. I like laughing at my ugly hair and porma. I like recalling what happened that night/day and the conversations I had with the people I was with. It's the time of the month so I'm extra emotional and I needed some sort of reassurance. The past can be bring both good and bad vibes, but I like to think that we always learn from those experiences. Pictures are really the best way to capture everything. Thank God for 'em.

I stumbled upon this picture recently and just had to share it with the world. I have to admit, I was very kilig when I saw this picture again because this is where it all started. That fateful day of November 17 changed my life forever. I am now taken, happy and enjoying every single minute I spend with him. That drunken night was very, very random, but it turned out to be so much fun. I don't even remember this happening or this picture being taken. It just goes to show that when it happens, it just happens. There's no valid reason or excuse. I'm glad I took a chance and went with the flow.

Check out Bobbie's diri or whatever expression, Maica's very very funny peace sign whatever face and Jed's "where's the camera?" with his bigote. There are two soon-to-be-lovers looking at the camera, the only people actually looking, and they had no clue that they'd hang out so much more after and eventually get together.

SHIT, this is too cool for words. I am literally amazed how God finds a way to make certain things happen.

You can go to Embassy and Cuisine without any money.

Tonight was the longest night of my life but it was so fucking worth it...

I swear, try going to any club broke and you'll survive. :-) Just be optimistic and find a few friends who will really be true friends. It's fucking fun but you end up feeling helpless and useless.

Unexpected Surprise

I thought I'd be leaving my house at 4:30 PM today because he said he'd pick me up at that time. I was watching "Life As We Know It" to pass time but not fully paying attention to it because deep down, I couldn't wait to leave my house. Gawd, he always does this to me was the main thought running through my head between 4:30 and 5:10 PM. He's always late was another thing constantly present in my mind the entire time I was sitting down waiting for a phone call/text saying that he was outside my house or running late. I didn't receive anything, though. NOTHING. He came at 5:15, apologizing and we went straight to Rockwell.

In the movie house, he fell asleep because he was tired from orientation. The whole two hours and 48 minutes, he was only awake for 48 minutes. I didn't really mind, though 'coz I was so concentrated on understanding the movie. I didn't really notice he was asleep until I felt his head heavy on my shoulder. After the movie, we had dinner in his abuelito's restaurant. THE FOOD WAS FUCKING AWESOME. Steak, Creme Brulee, Croquetas. Mmm. I got a text from my dad threatening to ground me again if I wasn't home in 30 minutes. We rushed home. I didn't even get a goodbye kiss from him because my dad answered the door and we were too scared to do anything.

As soon as I entered my house, I got a text from him. I was replying to him while walking up the stairs, entered my room and found...

PUTANGINA. HE'S THE BEST THING IN THE WORLD. In the box were my favorite things in the world [there's Lord Stow's egg tarts under that perfume/cologne] and the letter contained the definitions of sight, smell, taste, hear and feel. Each thing there pertained to each of the senses. FUUUCK. I don't deserve this.

I LOVE HIM SO MUCH.

Finally

I'm finally allowed out! Thank God a week has passed. It felt so fucking long but I guess I needed that time to rest and relax and bum. I won't be able to do that in a long time... and I don't want to anyway. It's funny how my "ungrounding" coincided with my 3 MONTHS with Jorge. I can finally leave my house! There's a lot to look forward to this weekend. My parents allowed me to join Antioch! There have been 3 or 4 attempts for me to join it and I've been through excuses like "My parents are out-of-town so I have to stay home and take care of my sisters" and "I have to study" but now I guess is the perfect opportunity for me to join.

LET'S GO OUT GUYS. ENJOY THE LAST FEW DAYS OF SUMMER! [well, sorry nalang to the La Salle kids :p]

That's not even the end of it. I got to watch TRL with Maica, Mikee, Cara Gonzalez and sister + Maxine and we saw [and touched the hands!] of Rihanna, Damien [he's so fucking hot in real life], Mandy Moore and Paris Bennet [American Idol 5]. The experience was amazing. I was on TV several times.

Here in New York, there are a ton of walking celebrities and sometimes you don't even notice. Today I got to see Danny Glover - he looked like a regular guy getting food in Katz's Deli and an America's Next Top Model Contestant - she was so eye catching; we all turned around when we saw her.
